YT AnyLang is a browser extension that automatically translates and dubs YouTube videos in real time into the user's chosen language.

We may add, modify, or discontinue some or all features of the service at any time to improve quality or meet technical, legal, or operational requirements.

Some features require you to sign in with a Google account.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs through it. If you discover any unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.

Some features of YT AnyLang may be subject to usage limits or may only be available under certain service plans.

You agree not to attempt to circumvent or bypass these limits, including but not limited to impersonating another identity, modifying the extension, or using any method intended to fraudulently exceed usage quotas.

Billing: Paid plans are billed as presented during checkout. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Auto-renewal: Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods at the then-current price.

Refund policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for eligible first-time purchases. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the initial purchase. Refund eligibility may be verified to prevent abuse. After the 7-day period, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time. Unless required by applicable law, no partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the extension for any purpose that violates applicable law.
• Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the extension without our prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent the security mechanisms of the extension, except where permitted by law.
• Disrupt the normal operation of the service or our servers.
• Use the extension in a way that negatively affects other users or systems.

YT AnyLang, including the software, interface, logo, and all content developed by us, is owned by us or used lawfully under applicable licenses.

Some components of the service may be owned by third parties and are used under their respective license terms. All ownership rights to those components remain with their respective owners.

Except for the rights granted under these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the service in any way that infringes our intellectual property rights or those of any third party.

YT AnyLang may integrate with or operate alongside third-party services, such as Google Sign-In or YouTube.

Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for content or services provided by third parties.

YT AnyLang is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will operate continuously, be free of errors, or meet any specific requirements you may have.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, YT AnyLang.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms our systems or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time by signing out or uninstalling the extension.

The collection and use of your data is governed by the YT AnyLang Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after the Terms are updated constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, unless the mandatory laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
